The major one is a disinterested monarchy as in the Romanoff's in Russia or the totally unfair and stupid actions of a monarch who refuses to listen to the legitimate complaints of those he rules. This last is the sad story of King George III of Britain. His action lost him the colonies (USA) in North America.
