What's the answer to -5(3-z)=z+1

-5(3-z) = z + 1
Simplify the parenthesis
-15 + 5z = z + 1
Add 15 on both sides
5z = z + 16
Subtract z on both sides
4z = 16
Divide 4 on both sides
z = 4
