in the equation
y = mx + b
b is the y-intercept

you have to make this equation look like that (I'm pretty sure you forgot to put an x after the -2, so I put that in)
-2x + 5y = -10
5y = 2x - 10
y = 2/5x - 2

so your b, or y-intercept, is -2

D) (0, -2)
