First we have to make the denominator of both the decimals,lets see:6 and 5 are the  denominator.They can both be turned into 30! The 14/6 ’s 6 is time 5 to get to 30 so 14/6 x =70/30 and the other is 1/5 =6/30.

So: 70/30 + 6/30=76/30!

Simplified: 38/15
