Traditional economic systems like pastoralism, mannoralism, feudalism, and even barter economies are rarely found in modern society because the economies of modern societies are too complex to be viable in these circumstances.

Modern economies are either industry or services oriented, and for these reason, traditional economic system are simply unappropriate.
