So the slope becomes 13!

Then multiply 13 to both x coordinate points and see what the b has to be -8 * 13 = -104. -104 + 89 =  -15. Let's see if b in the next one is also 89. -6 * 13 = -78.

-78 + 89 = 11.

So!

The equation is y = 13x + 89.
